As the Sr. Manager HR Business Partner, you will be serving as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing insights, proactive, practical advice and coaching to people leaders and teams across a regional market.
This role also serves as the strategic partner to HR functions to ensure that enterprise-wide HR initiatives are in alignment with and in support of People and Strategic objectives.

- Collaborates with management to continuously access organizational health and deliver appropriate HR resources/actions.
- Accountable for bringing effective people solutions to market swiftly in the face of challenges.
- Leads and acts in a “One Team” approach, including being grounded in your first team with thinking globally, acting locally.
- Works closely within HR peer group to leverage approach and expertise, learn from each other and foster alignment.
- Builds team capabilities through guiding change management initiatives and ensuring successful leadership transitions.
- Investigates and follows up on employee relations issues and serves as the liaison to the Team Member Relations (TMR) department.
- Performs other duties as required.

What are we looking for….

To fulfill this role successfully, candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Able to travel 15% of the time
- Strong oral and written communications
- Japanese/English fluency – read, write and speak
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience leading and developing a team
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / PHR / SPHR
- 3+ years of managerial experience
