A career as an Outbound Vacation Sales Agent entails selling mini-vacation packages to our Hilton-branded Honor Members and guests that are excited to travel once again. Our innovative contact system connects you to a new guest approximately every 90 seconds while working onsite. The ability to build rapport, overcome objections and meet sales goals are vital to success in this role. Our top performers after one year of employment can average $85,000+ per year by working an average of 33 hours per week.

Our Outbound Vacation Sales Department operates Monday through Friday 9:30AM to 5:00PM, working one Saturday a month, and Off on Sunday’s
Off on ALL Major Holiday’s
Paid training is provided.
*Eligibility: All US hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement

- At least 1 year of sales experience. Tele-sales experience preferred
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to communicate well with our prospects
- An engaging, outgoing personality and passion to help others make the dream of vacation ownership possible
- High school diploma OR GED required
