Schedule Details:
Our resort operates 7 days a week, Our Food and Beverage staff work varying shifts either morning shift 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or afternoon shift 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
Additional Responsibilities:
▪ Serves food and beverages to members, owners, and guests; anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any requests in a friendly and professional manner.
▪ Immediately greets and acknowledges all arriving members, owners, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner in accordance with departmental procedures
▪ Operates cash register and/or Point of Sale (POS) system. ▪ Adheres to all cash handling guidelines as set forth by the Company.
▪ Responsible for all alcohol and supplies in the bar and cash bank accountability.
▪ Maintains positive guest relations through good social skills, proper demeanor, correct body language, and eye contact, to ensure guests’ happiness and enhance the overall culinary experience.
▪ Extends a courteous and friendly departure to all members, owners, and guests; thanking them for dining with us and inviting them back again, with a genuine and professional demeanor.
▪ Clears and resets tables, as needed.
▪ Completes all closing side work, inspecting for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas and of the outlet itself.
▪ Takes ownership of any guest’s problems and resolves them according to departmental guidelines. ▪ Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-up.
▪ Completes all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned.
▪ Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
▪ Assist with other related duties as assigned

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Legal Age of serve/sell Alcohol.
- Previous bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
- Health Card
- Valid State of Hawaii Liquor Card – Blue
- Must possess (or be able to acquire) Hawaii Dept. of Health Tuberculosis Clearance Certification
