Job Description

クラブカウンセラーは HILTON バリューを体現し、タイムシェアリゾートを購入した日本のクラブメンバー様に最高のサービスを電話と E メールにて提供します。

・クラブリゾートの予約やバケーションの相談・提案
・ヒルトン・ポートフォリオのホテルや各種パートナープログラムの予約
・2 つのメンバーシッププログラム利用方法に関する問い合わせ対応
・年間管理費や購入代金の支払い手続きおよび問い合わせ対応
・クラブウェブサイト全般の問い合わせ対応
・その他、クラブメンバー様からの問い合わせ対応や相談・提案

Qualifications

ヒルトン・グランド・バケーションズは、新しい取り組みや品質、継続的な成長に力を注ぎ、バケーション・オーナーシップ業界の発展をリードしている企業であり、その成功はチームメンバーにより支えられています。その一員としてこの職務に就いていただく方には、下記の資格や経験を応募必須条件として求めております。
 
  • 最低 2 年以上のプロフェッショナルカスタマーサービス経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力
  • PC スキル（Excel/Word/Outlook 等）
  • 日本語スキル（会話・読み書き ネイティブレベル）
  • 英語スキル（読み書き中心 TOEIC600以上）
  • 環境や状況の変化に応じて、柔軟かつ臨機応変に対応できる方
 
また、以下の条件をお持ちの方を歓迎いたします。
  • インバウンドコールセンター経験
  • 旅行・航空業界などホスピタリティ業界経験
  • 国内外を問わず幅広い旅行知識と経験
