- Salary for In House Sales Executives is based on bonuses governed by a compensation plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $14 as an advance against bonuses. Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $140,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance.
- Pay rate for Action Line Sales Executives is $15 per hour, plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Action Line Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $80,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance.

Schedule Details:
Our Sales Department operates Sunday- Thursday. Shifts start between 7:00am-7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks.
Additional Responsibilities Include:

Engage with potential owners and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.

Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV’s core values and policies.
-
Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.

Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.

Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.

Generate referral leads with each new customer.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales.

Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership sales experience.

Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services.

Previous Hilton Grand Vacations experience.
