What Will I be Doing?
The Sr Product Designer – UX will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from understanding user needs to delivering high-fidelity designs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, branding experts, product managers and business stakeholders.
The Sr Product Designer – UX is responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of end-users throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring that design decisions are informed by data-driven insights and user research findings.
- Utilize design principles like balance, contrast, hierarchy, layout, and responsiveness to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, DevOps, or JIRA (or other ticketing systems).
- Conduct user research, create personas, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Advocate for ethical considerations, such as accessibility and inclusivity, to ensure diverse user experiences.
- Identify design challenges and come up with innovative solutions that fulfill user needs while aligning with business objectives.
- Develop quick, clickable prototypes in Figma to validate and illustrate design concepts.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
- Understand and employ our design system effectively.
- Present work and take feedback constructively for design iteration.
- Stay abreast of design trends and technologies to inform your design decisions and keep our products up to date.
- Comprehend business goals and constraints, balancing creative freedom and business objectives in your designs.

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- A portfolio of Figma work demonstrating your end-to-end design process, from concept to completion.
