As Lead Sales Executive in Korea, you are expected to close the deal and provide professional deeding service to customers. With company direction, sales plan and support will be required to improve the sales performance to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual team targets. Your key responsibility in addition to Lead sales Executive role will be assisting Manager – supporting in local sales team, especially in providing support to others and to demonstrate leadership in ensuring daily sales operations.
Position Summary:
As Lead sales executive in Korea, position required as below 2 main roles
Lead sales executive:
- Close assigned tour and deeding
- To improve sales performance, set sales plan
- Supporting to create sales materials
- Sell VIP packages
- Rolemodeling behaviors demonstrating H.I.L.T.O.N. values
- Achieve performance targets
The position is expected to proactively support sales operation:
- Required system conversance
- Daily sales operation paperwork and office operation support
- Well communication between team members and customers
- Supporting the Manager in communication of company direction
Qualification:
- 5 – 7 years of business experience
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Excellent communication skill with all levels of team members/customers
- Basic computer skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with ability to learn
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Occasional Travel Required
- Associate’s Degree
