The Senior Sales Manager for Domestic Sales on Maui is responsible for ensuring that In-House and Action Line sales generate maximum sales efficiencies and maintain or exceed targeted net sales volume for the organization. Schedule Details:
Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Works with the Director of Sales in the creation and implementation of new policies and processes to enhance business results, the customer experience, improving efficiencies, and closing sales.
- Promotes teamwork among Sales Management, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Client Relations, Contracts Processors, and all Administrative staff.
- Responsible for the performance of Sales Managers and ultimately, Sales Executives and Sales Leaders. Manages Sales Leaders and holds them accountable for adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conducts morning meetings alongside Sales Managers; Ensures that the Sales Managers are following the meeting template and presenting meaningful messages to Sales Executives and Sales Leaders.
- Develops Sales Managers through mentor, feedback, training and skills development in order to continuously improve leadership skill.
- Review current sales policies and provide training/communication to Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Leaders to ensure understanding, and if needed, to make applicable revisions based on business needs.
- Coaches, develops, empowers measures, monitors, and mentors Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Leaders for current business needs and future leadership positions to support succession planning.
- Generates maximum performance in the sales force by applying predefined metrics.
- Ensures that all new contracts are completed accurately and processed according to current policy.
- Assists Sales Executives in closing sales and counsels their sales presentation at the end of their tour.
- As business needs change, additional duties may be required to meet and exceed Company goals.
What are we looking for?

We believe that at the core of our company’s success are our Team Members! To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 4+ years consistent record of closing sales contracts with customers with results demonstrated in high closing sales percentages.
- Shown ability to be professional, diligent, and hardworking with internal and external customers.
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and empower individuals in the field of direct sales.
- 3+ years of proven track record to model and sell a business concept to a prospective customer.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Hawaii State Real Estate License.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 2+ years of previous experience as a Take Over Sales Closer / Sales Leader within a vacation ownership brand.
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
