Additional Requirements:
- Survey toured guests about their thoughts with regard to our product and sell the VIP program to generate vacation ownership sales.
- Use presentation skills to present, educate and sell the VIP Program to potential buyers.
- Continuously improve product knowledge in order to enhance selling skills and effectively answer questions during the sales process.
- Our sales task is to sell the prospect on the features and benefits that ownership and access to the Hilton Grand Vacation Club will afford them.
- Present a professional sales representation of our products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of the assigned market.
- Represent the product in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times.
- Able to work both individually and on a team of Sales professionals to achieve goals
- Provide accurate information and communication to all managers.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of direct sales experience preferably in consumer sales
- Demonstrated success in the sale of luxury-tier goods or services
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
