· Facilitates new hire and skills learning programs and classes 

· Monitors the effectiveness of learning on associates using individual and group performance results. 

· Develops and maintains relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes. 

· Maintains and updates training materials and job aids, as needed, to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate 

· Facilitates soft skill trainings to the Club team, to include customer service skills and leadership skills. 

· Promotes a positive “can do” attitude and works as a team player. 

· Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now. 

· Completes all required Company training/compliance courses, as assigned. 

· Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. 

· Performs other related duties as assigned. 

· Demonstrates leadership skills, being proactive, and solution driven 

· Works independently as well as demonstrating good collaboration skills. 

· Knowledge of at least two of the brands within the Club department, in order to lead/assist with training of these skills. 

· Minimum of one-year in the role of Training Specialist, Club & OS
