- Provides guests with a thorough and knowledgeable professional treatment.
- Provides on-site chair massages or off site.
- Demonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for owners and guests’ needs with a professional and courteous manner.
- Practices universal health care protocol while dealing with owners, guests and team members.
- Arrives to work 20 minutes before shift begins and maintains promptness, starting massage services on time.
- Utilizes product efficiently, maintains product inventory and room cleanliness.
- Educates guests regarding in-home care products for well-being.
- Maintains CEU credits of 12 credits annually.
- Responsible for learning and being able to perform all massage and body treatments on the Spa menu.
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
- Must possess a Texas Massage License and completed required education in massage therapy
- Must be able to obtain CPR certification.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
- 4 or more years of experience as a Massage Therapist
- Previous work experience at a Resort/Hotel Spa preferred.
