What am I doing?
- Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
- Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence)
- Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV.
- Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
- Attend one of HGV’s sales training sessions every week.
- Perform all other reasonable requests by management.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record.
- Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products
