Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience
•Assist in managing all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
•Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
•Supervise and respond to guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
•Ensuring Brand Standard compliance in all aspects of operations.
Team Leadership
•Lead and supervise department heads and line staff, ensuring accountability and operational excellence.
•Support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
•Lead by example in maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
•Celebrate Success and share broadly.
Financial & Administrative
•Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Strategic Support
•Collaborating with the General Manager on pivotal initiatives to improve service, efficiency, and guest experience
•Assist in developing a long-term Reserves plan for the property.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
•3+ years of hotel management experience, preferably in a boutique or upscale property.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to lead multiple departments and drive operational success.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
•Proficiency in hotel management systems.
