Position Summary:
- The Inventory Coordinator will oversee inventory levels & needs (rooms and/or tours based on business directive)
- Add, remove, or modify all inventory (rooms & tours) to maximize efficiencies.
- Answer & respond to phone calls and emails regarding availability, booking procedures, budget goals, or any needed assistance from other teams/partners.
- Work with 3rd parties (including but not limited to internals & external partners)
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions for efficiency.
- Back up support for the Inventory Supervisor
- Review and maintain reports to confirm No Show cost based on retail reservation rates as requested.
- Analyze reservations and review information that would validate no show collections as requested.
- Process and reconcile appropriate billing invoices from all properties as requested.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting no show collection results as requested.

This position requires you to be a local resident in the Orlando metro area.

Dual entry reservations between Voice and Clarity and audit both systems for accuracy.

Review upcoming reservations for each hotel partner weekly to ensure accuracy.

Process room requests from the HUB and placing guest’s reservations, based on availability and business needs.

Conduct Market Review for assigned cities on a regular basis, reviewing room & tour inventory, preparing allotment reports & needs, and communicating with internal management and hotel partners for reservations flow.
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Our department operates 5-days per week. On-boarding training is in-office from Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Shift Schedule from 9:00am-5:30pm.
