- Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center at our award-winning resorts.
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and or current owners.
- Articulate the benefit of traveling with Bluegreen and Hilton Grand Vacations.
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- No Cold calling: All leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
- Maintain production standards
- Have the ability to overcome objections.
- Must be energetic, self-motivated, results driven, competitive and tenacious
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Florida Real-Estate License
- 1-3 years in sales or marketing experience
- Timeshare experience is a plus
