As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for over seeing client relationships and providing quality servicing for HGVClub Members from the date of purchase until the time their Membership Account has been established. We are the primary liaison to the customer and provide follow-up in accordance with HGV’s standards of integrity, quality and service!
Supervisor/Lead duties
Assist the Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance with the following:
- Pender and open issue report
- Manage team performance
- Help interview and hire new Quality Assurance Specialists, and conduct ongoing training for new and existing team members
- Keep up with materials that need to be ordered
- Solidifying sales to be recognized for daily revenue for areas in which other QA Specialists do not have access
Purchase Date
Assist the sales process by conducting face to face sessions with new clients in order to:
- Review documents for accuracy and coordinate with Contracts Processing office, including mail outs
- Review purchase documents with clients and answer owner’s questions.
- Notarize documents to complete the deeding process
Post-Sale Follow Up
- Assist owners in acquiring any documentation, information and/or monies needed to process the sale
- Maintain and work the Pender and Issues Report and perform owner follow-up on all outstanding files until closing
- Process and work all cancellation letters and assist with sale retention.
Customer Service
- Meet with current owners at the Sales Gallery and resolve any issues they may have
- Build a relationship and be the liaison with HGV Owner Services Team (Club), Sales, Resort Operations, Contracts Processing, and other departments.

- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Current NV notary public
- Must have or be able to obtain Nevada Notary License and Nevada Real Estate/Timeshare License
- 3-5 years of related experience
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
