What will I be doing?
As a Steward you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensures that all food items are stored properly to meet with HGVC and state regulations.
- Clean and wash work area, refrigerator and utensils and prep area for next day.
- Remove trash and garbage and place in designated area.
- Assist as manager sees fit in other areas of food and beverage such as the marketplace and catering events.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management.

What are we looking for?

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.·
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Food & Beverage industry experience and knowledge preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Food Safety Certification preferred.
