As an In House Marketing Pre-Arrival you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Make confirmation calls and welcome calls to all future arrivals
- Answer calls from guests who have booked reservations and respond to questions concerning their upcoming vacation
- Provide Sales Agents with qualified prospects for timeshare presentations as well as event participation.
- Provides general concierge services for all members, owners, and guests by offering area information and booking activities prior to guest arrival.
- Provides information & Incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation.
- Ensures guests meets minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
- Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with reservations.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of consumer sales/marketing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Be motivated and a self-starter.
- Detailed understanding of the local area.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.
