We’re seeking an experienced In-House Marketing Manager at our Riviera Beach Resort to guide our Marketing Representatives and Greeters as they engage with travelers, understand their travel interests, and introduce vacation ownership opportunities in a natural and engaging way.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted goals and service.
- Staff and develop the team’s talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance.
- Be the primary contact for both internal and external customers relating to activities and proficient within their region/site of the local events, attractions, partnerships, restaurants and on/off-site activities.
- Hold individual monthly performance reviews in partnership with team members and team leaders.
- Complete other duties and tasks, as assigned by management.
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 or more years of people management experience and/or experience leading teams within a sales or marketing environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of timeshare industry experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting that emphasizes performance.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and achieve business objectives.
- Experience resolving guest concerns and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of branded timeshare sales experience
