This is a temporary leadership assignment. The selected candidate will serve in the Sales Manager role for a limited duration based on business needs. At the conclusion of the assignment, the individual may return to their previous position (if applicable) or be considered for other available opportunities within the organization.
Lead a high-performing team in a lively environment, leading 5-7 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. Sales representatives enjoy the benefit of uncapped commission, meaning that the more they sell, the higher their earnings and yours as well! On average, the team can finalize a sale in under 10 minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers!

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
