What will I be doing?
As a Dispatcher in Guest Services, you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Your duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide excellent service while answering phones in the bell/valet services department.
- Use a sophisticated console to receive calls from guests and team members
- Dispatch bell persons to handle guest requests for luggage and package assistance
- Maintain logs of all requests, packages, handling, and charges use computer to enter room charges
- Dispatching and tracking guest services calls through paging and computer systems
- Assist guests with questions in regard to the property, transportation, and other guests needs
- Answers departmental multi-line phones and dispatches all guest requests to the units
- Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position

- High School Graduate or GED equivalent – 6 months minimum previous customer service experience
- Previous experience with handling a multi-phone lines is a must plus computer experience in MS Word and Outlook.
- Proven high proficiency using strong, clear verbal communication skills.
- Have open availability to work any day of the week, and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
- Prior cash handling and data entry experience.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Prior hotel/hospitality work experience preferred
