Together, We can.
We’re looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our Facilities team at our UK Corporate office. This is a key front‑of‑house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors, helping ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.
You’ll work closely with the Facilities team and collaborate across departments, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a fast‑paced corporate environment. While this is primarily a Receptionist role, there are naturally some administration duties involved.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and team members, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Answering and managing incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate teams or individuals
- Following and explain company security procedures, including issuing and recording access badges and visitor details
- Coordinating office meeting room bookings and support onsite logistics
- Supporting incoming and outgoing post, including use of postal systems
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support, including email and phone communications related to office activity, security, and health & safety
- Working closely with the Facilities Manager to assist with premises coordination and administrative tasks, including raising purchase requisitions
- Supporting ad‑hoc facilities and departmental requests (e.g. deliveries, printing, binding, mail distribution, voucher preparation)
- Completing all mandatory training and uphold company policies and procedures
- Consistently demonstrating the Company values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership and Now
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front‑of‑house, or customer service role
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A warm, approachable, and customer‑focused manner
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and call handling tools
- A flexible and adaptable approach, able to respond to changing needs
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels across the organisation
