What will I be doing?
As a Bellperson you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Greets and assists with owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries.
• Monitors front entrance of property and guest’s arrivals.
• Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards.
• Assists in covering the gate when needed.
• Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area.
• Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments.
• Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

- Previous customer service experience
- Must have current and valid Driver's license
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds and be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous work experience in the hotel/hospitality industry preferred
