Currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties! What will I be doing?

As a Cook you would be responsible for:

• Handles foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
• Use knives correctly and safely.
• Set up, restock, organize, clean and maintain workspace.
• Follows all recipes and prepares food with quality and consistency.
• Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, it is preferred to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• High School / GED (preferred)
• 1+ yrs experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Able to work a flexible schedule that can included various shifts, holidays & weekends
