Position Summary:
- Operational Oversight & Strategy:
- Lead and manage Club operational processes including dues, activations, transaction fees, and headcount reconciliation.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Club operations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting Support:
- Partner with Finance to support Club-related budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Club financials and operational KPIs.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Oversee internal audits (e.g., DEX) and ensure compliance with operational and financial controls.
- Maintain documentation and process integrity across Club support functions.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor analysts supporting Club operations.
- Collaborate with Resort Ops, Call Center, and Financial Consolidation teams to align processes and eliminate duplication.
- Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting, reconciliation, and operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to support Club performance tracking.
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, leading a team, project oriented, collaboration with many teams, timeshare experience
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Computer Skills; Presentation Skills; proficiency in Excel and Accounting software. Tableau experience

- 5-7 years of related experience
