Additional Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
- Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness by utilizing various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone, and written correspondence)
- Utilize selling concepts promoted at HGV
- Generate referral leads with each new customer
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
- Accountable for attending one of HGVC’s sales training sessions every week, according to HGV policies and procedures, and maintaining business standards for sales volume, ethics, and floor behavior with customers and coworkers.
- Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
Schedule Details: Our Sales Executives are scheduled to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, including weekends and holidays.
