We are looking for a Facilities Dispatcher to join our team at Christmas Mountain Village in Wisconsin Dells, WI. What will I be doing?
- Answer Phones & Radio Calls – Communication is key in this position to keep the flow going between all moving parts in engineering department and any other departments as needed. Also, following up and logging all calls.
- Assign duties for the day for the department
- Paperwork/digital files – Keeping necessary paperwork and checklists organized and on file
- Communicate with supervisor on daily assignments
- Manage the out of order reports and follow up with guest services/housekeeping
- Follow up daily on the part status for any service orders pending parts, scheduled to become available on that day
- Other duties as assigned by management

Full-time- Day Shift- Schedule, 7:00am-3:30pm, including weekends and holidays.
What are we looking for:
- To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- What are we looking for:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Basic phone and computer skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with others s in English
