- Accurately log tour assignments in the HGV system and maintain detailed tour information.
- Update and interpret tour rules, ensuring the integrity of the sales process.
- Conduct inventory management to maintain a well-stocked and inviting café and refreshment area.
- Supervise financial transactions, including reimbursements and premium balancing.
- Coordinate with the transportation team for seamless guest pick-up and drop-off services.
- Ensure guest happiness and a memorable atmosphere through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including the HGV system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting the sales team’s goals.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a similar sales environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial transaction supervision is an asset.
