The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is looking for a Recreation Activities Supervisor who can bring energy, creativity, and outstanding service to our owners and guests. If you enjoy planning exciting activities for kids, teens, and adults, this is your chance to create an adventure every day!

What You’ll Do:
•Lead fun, interactive activities for guests of all ages
•Supervise lifeguards and keep the pool area safe and inviting
•Support the Recreation Manager with scheduling, training, and team development
•Help create a lively, welcoming environment where memories are made
What We’re Looking For:
•Minimum 1 Year Resort Recreation or related field required.
•Lifeguard certification OR acquire after hired, demonstrated swimming competency
It would be effective in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
•Leadership experience preferred
•Lifeguard experience preferred
•CPR/First Aid certified or acquire after hired
Schedule: This is a night shift position, 2pm-10:30pm, including weekends and holidays
