As a Marketing Support Coordinator you would be responsible for:
- Responsible for accurately recording guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams. Records reservation entries via computer for preview appointments.
- First point of contact for the Marketing and In-House Team Members.
- Assist Marketing Management in monitoring and advising tour flow and is the central hub of communication with all of the Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.
- Prepares and processes manifests of preview appointments.
- Reschedules guest preview appointments as necessary.
- Assists in monitoring and distributing marketing and/or sales support materials.
- Supports marketing promotional activities and any other communication necessary, by updating the hotline.
- Responsible for data entry to support any other Marketing Programs, as directed.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management that the employee is capable of performing.
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for processing daily allocation leads
- Previous High-End/Luxury Customer Service Experience
- Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Experience answering phones with phenomenal customer service
- Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
- Excellent job attendance
- Flexible Work Schedule including evenings and weekends
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous Timeshare Experience is a plus
