Que vais-je faire?

As a Manager in Training you would be responsible for:

The Retail Marketing team markets and sells our affordable, family friendly mini vacation packages through our retail locations based in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® throughout the country. No industry experience needed; we will train you. We’re looking for outgoing energetic people who can communicate with anyone. Desire and drive are most important. Must believe in the Power of Vacation^® and wish to share happiness with our customers while representing Bluegreen Vacations.

The focus for this position is to develop into a future Retail Marketing leader for our company. As an M.I.T. you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and success of the team at the kiosk located within our retail partner locations. The M.I.T. will help set the tone by embracing our core values, assist with supervising a team of usually 6-12 associates, and act as a manager-on-duty as needed. Flexibility to provide coverage at other stores within the assigned market as needed and adaptability to working with various teams will prepare you for future management opportunities. You will learn how to manage a team of associates, while also providing operational support to multiple teams across the organization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, developing impactful relationships to help build you career and professional brand. The goal for an M.I.T. is to acquire the ability to coach behaviors to cultivate a high performing team that meets or exceeds goals while mastering our favorite motto.

In honor of Women’s History Month, Hilton Grand Vacations proudly partnered with Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County for their 15th Annual Women’s Build. As part of this initiative, #HGVServes volunteers worked on landscaping, planted a tree and helped lay sod to support a local woman and her family in their journey towards homeownership. This marks our fourth year participating in the Women’s Build, continuing our ongoing commitment to empowering women and giving back to our communities. It was an honor to join HGV’s Women’s Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) and fellow Team Members to make a meaningful impact and celebrate the power of coming together to build a brighter future.

We proudly partnered with @habitatorlandoosceola for the 15th Annual Women’s Build, where #HGVServes volunteers, alongside members of the Women’s Team Member Resource Group (TMRG), supported a local woman and her family by landscaping, planting a tree and laying sod at the site of their new home. This marks our fourth year participating in the initiative, showcasing our commitment to empowering women and strengthening our communities. We look forward to continuing efforts that make a positive and lasting difference in the Orlando community and beyond!

In celebration of Black History Month, our B.E.A.T. TMRG hosted a "Sit and Paint" event at a local Black-owned business, A Perfect Union Art Gallery. Our Orlando Team Members gathered to paint together in person and a group of remote individuals joined in on the fun virtually. This experience perfectly aligned with HGV's mission of celebrating individuality and fostering inclusion. Gareth Edwards, the gallery owner, shared "At A Perfect Union Art Gallery, we believe that art has the power to unite, inspire and heal." It was a fun way to unleash our creativity, inspire one another and come together to try something new. #LifeAtHGV

After enduring unsafe living conditions, Vanessa reached out to Habitat for Humanity for help.
