As a Reservations Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to both internal and external sales and service teams. This position assists in the acquisition of additional tour and room inventory, with a focus on maximizing inventory to meet and exceed tour budgets. Utilizing excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Handle an array of phone calls and written requests from internal departments, such as requests for checking availability, asking for additional hotel/resort or tour inventory, assistance with creating/changing packages.
- Use Salesforce to effectively record, track, and solve reservation requests/issues received from sales and servicing departments
- Ensure all guests have adequate accommodations in a timely manner by sending daily hotel manifests, following up on any missing or un-returned manifests, and completing reassignments to other comparable properties as needed
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations in various systems and online booking portals.
- Responsible for item maintenance, such as monitoring/opening/closing allotments, identifying missing records for costs and rates, updating item details, etc.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Work shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays (Monday through Sunday, 12:30pm-9pm). Two consecutive days off in the middle of the week.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, exceptional problem solving and follow up skills
- Customer service, hospitality, data entry, and/or call center experience a plus
