What we are we looking for:
- Responsible for accurately recording guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams.
- First point of contact for the Marketing Team Members.
- Assist Marketing Management in supervising and advising tour flow and is the central hub of communication with all of the Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.

- Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Experience answering phones with extraordinary customer service
- Ability to multitask while remaining meticulous
- Flexible Work Schedule including evenings and weekends and excellent job attendance
