This leader will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the sales team by training and developing associates, establishing and monitoring sales quotas, and maintaining a high level of integrity and customer service.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages In-House sales operations for Harbour Lights.
- Develops and manages In-House sales operating budgets
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure minimum sales goals are achieved
- Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
- Coach and counsel team members to improve skills and address performance · Effectively deliver required sales targets

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2 years management experience, with 2-3 years of experience in the timeshare or vacation club industry, specifically in Sales
- Start Up experience a plus
- Customer service and quality fundamentals.
- Must have proven track record of producing volume goals within budgeted time and cost parameters.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communications skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $200,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
