As a Marketing Support Coordinator you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Responsible for accurately recording guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams.
- First point of contact for the Marketing and In-House Team Members.
- Assist Marketing Management in monitoring and advising tour flow and is the central hub of communication with all of the Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.

Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook

Experience answering phones with phenomenal customer service

Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented

Excellent job attendance

Flexible Work Schedule including evenings and weekends
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous Timeshare Experience is a plus

Previous High-End/Luxury Customer Service Experience
