• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for all business departments.

• Create and deliver compliance training seminars for key topics affecting business.
• Assist the business with the implementation of its corporate compliance and regulatory compliance program.
• Where necessary assist in acquisition of land and resort properties for development as well as draft and negotiate marketing and
sales arrangements with third party developers and sellers/
• Provide day to day legal advice to the HR department to assist with team member relations.
• Where required, manage external counsel and budget.
• You may be required to assist with consumer or commercial litigation.

• A Legal Practice Course qualification (or equivalent) is essential and you will be required to be a qualified
