Schedule Details: Our housekeeping team members must adapt to various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Upon hire, you will receive your schedule. We offer paid training.
What will I be doing?
As a Senior Housekeeper you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guest immediately with friendly/sincere acknowledgement.
- Provides customer services to guest, including information about resort services, activities and local attractions.
- Clean rooms but not limited to stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning dishes in dishwasher, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters and moving furniture. All work must be completed within an allotted time frame ion order to meet production standards.
- Report deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with resort standards.
- Replenishes linen and guest amenities
- The senior housekeeper will be responsible to clean, inspect and turns in ready according to the high cleanliness and working order standards of HGV.
- Assist co-workers as requested.
- Expected to utilize self-service technology frequently as part of your employment with HGV.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.

What are we looking for?
- Ability to perform multi-task assignments
- Flexibility to work during different shifts
- Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests
- 3 – 5 year housekeeping/self inspecting experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
