What will I be doing?
Ensures the quality of food and service is at an exceptional level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners.
• Knowledge and service of menu items and beverage brands as well as cocktail recipes, varieties of beer and wines, coffee, and other specialty coffee beverages.
• Performs in accordance with all state regulations with regard to alcohol service and consumption
• Follow all Steps of Service including, but not limited to: greeting/welcoming guests, upselling, establishing rapport, serving, pre-bussing, thanking guests, and inviting guests back
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning guidelines
• Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks, etc.
• Responding to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and being an outstanding teammate.

Qualification
• One-year previous bartending/serving and customer service experience in a hospitality environment
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must possess/have the ability to obtain a current Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Safety Certification
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Alcohol awareness certification
• Food safety certification
• Resort/hotel hospitality industry
• 3+ years or more experience in Food & Beverage
• Previous bartending/service experience
• Previous barista experience
