We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Regional Director with an outgoing personality who is eager to lead and support the operations of business management.
What will I be doing?
- Institutes policies and procedures that ensure revenue and statistical performance targets can be met and exceeded while working in coordination with internal production departments and senior leaders (Local Marketing, Direct Marketing, Sales)
- Responsible for planning, advising and providing the leadership to achieve short and long term financial objectives as a partner to the Sales and Marketing lines of business.
- Responsible for owning the Business Operations teams within the defined region.
- The Regional Director also provides ongoing business analysis to resolve opportunities for efficiencies and profitability improvement. In addition to financial support, this role also leads and develops the operational teams including Client Relations and Guest Services and partners with Contract Services Regional leadership as well for policy and process implementation.
- Provides support to the SVP’s of Sales and Local Marketing teams within the region and ensures onsite Business Operations teams are adequately resourced to support local leaders.
- Responsible for building a consolidation plan for financial and operational reporting for of all lines of business and programs.
- Leads consistent financial reviews, quarterly business reviews, and forecast review meetings with key partners throughout the region to ensure understanding of risks and opportunities.
- Partners with the leaders of Inventory Management, Business Operations – Club and Resorts, and VP of Business Operations of Corporate Marketing on forecasting and planning for sales and marketing trends to supervise and improve the flow.
- Executes effective management ability across time zones, geographic locations and diverse client groups in a high pressure results driven environment.
- Guides special projects that support changing sales, marketing, and growth objectives.
- Provide Training, motivation, and development of team members to develop efficient performance.
