Schedule Details: Our housekeeping team members must adapt to various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees.
- Supervises 1-5 Suite Attendants to ensure timely completion of assigned rooms and inspects rooms to guarantee standards are met.
- Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk.
- Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness.
- Displays professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct.
- Ensures the hotel complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum 6months -1-year housekeeping experience.
- 1-year supervisory experience
- Primary computer and social skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.
