As a Guest Reception Representative at The Marquee by Hilton Grand Vacations in New Orleans, you will be the first point of contact for our owners and guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival experience. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay in the heart of one of the nation’s most vibrant and culturally rich destinations. You will work alongside a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable vacation experiences.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, providing a friendly, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding resort amenities, services, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural events throughout New Orleans.
• Process reservations, owner and guest requests, payments, and account transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promptly address guest concerns and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment.
• Partner with resort departments to coordinate guest services, special accommodations, and unique vacation experiences.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate opportunities for service improvement.
• Stay informed on Hilton Grand Vacations promotions, membership opportunities, and resort offerings.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, record maintenance, and other front office functions as needed.
• Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations brand standards while delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
