Job Responsibilities
As an Equestrian Groom Guide, you will:
- Ensure the safe transport of guests, prioritizing their safety and the well-being of our animals at all times.
- Lead trail rides, ensuring all riders and horses are safe and comfortable throughout the experience.
- Provide daily care for our horses, including feeding, watering, grooming, and saddling.
- Report any illnesses or injuries to the Equestrian Manager promptly.
- Inspect horse tracks and all tack before each trail ride to maintain safety standards.
- Foster excellent guest and owner relations by delivering quick, satisfactory service.
- Maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring everything is in flawless working order.
Your Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in an equestrian or farm-related role.
- A customer focused approach, welcoming guests and working collaboratively with other associates.
