As a Sales Executive you would be responsible for sales of vacation ownership products in a professional and ethical manner through a structured sales presentation.
Essential job functions include:
- Selling vacation ownership packages in a professional and ethical manner.
- Providing member updates using the Microsoft team’s platform.
- Providing face to face member updates.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with members, owners and guests to develop trust and commitment towards the Company and for the product.
- Be accountable for meeting acceptable sales efficiency targets (volume per guest).
- Responsible for completing all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
No formal qualifications are required but experience of working within a sales driven environment is preferred.
Candidates require the ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions. Applicants must have fluent English language skills (written and oral) and reasonable numeracy skills.
Specific skills and abilities include:
- Ability to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical and unbiased manner at all times.
- IT proficiency – ability to use online conferencing software and presentations.
- Ability to effectively perform job dob duties with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, both internally and externally.
Candidates should be expected to work 40 hours a week, 5 days over 7.
