What will I be doing?
- Build Rapport: Engage with our product owners in face-to-face interactions, establishing meaningful connections and fostering positive relationships.
- Identify Needs: Create a compelling case for additional products through effective communication and understanding of the customer’s travel preferences.
- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold HGV’s commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring every owner’s experience is memorable and satisfying.
- Sales Process Mastery: Follow HGV’s industry-leading sales process to guide potential customers seamlessly through their vacation ownership journey.
- Communications: Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners.
- Relationship Building: Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale with Guests and Owners online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.
