As Director / Chief Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining Resort Facilities and Preview Center, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and preventative maintenance program.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the upkeep of the landscaping and guest areas to maintain and attractive property.
- Manage all rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects.
- As a Senior Manager, in addition to leading assigned site, overview preview center
- Actively chairs frequent Engineering collaboration meetings in TEAMS driving business results.
- Assist in task force assignments, new openings, transitions/conversions, and special projects as assigned.
- Mentor other Chief Engineer(s) and Assistant Engineers(s).
- Promotes a culture of professionalism, efficiency, clear expectations, and results.
- Assist in preparing PDP’s and help craft succession plans.
- Provides area expertise and assists with all strategies
