Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager I to serve as the operational leader of our sales organization.
In this role, you will drive daily sales floor execution, lead operational strategy, and develop high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is a proven timeshare sales leader with a strong track record of driving production, developing talent, optimizing operational processes, and delivering consistent business results.

Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Sales Managers and Sales Executives to maximize individual and team performance.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching, ride-alongs, role-playing sessions, classroom training, and ongoing development programs.
- Partner with senior sales leadership to implement sales philosophies, strategies, tools, and training initiatives that drive Net Owner Growth.
- Foster a highly engaged, positive, and performance-focused culture aligned with Hilton Grand Vacations values.
- Lead daily sales meetings, manager huddles, recognition activities, and production reviews.
Operational Leadership
- Serve as the operational lead for the sales department, ensuring all processes, systems, and support functions operate efficiently.
- Lead daily manager huddles, communicate company updates, review site performance trends, and recognize team achievements.
- Oversee tour flow management and ensure proper sales floor coverage throughout the day.
- Manage schedules, PTO requests, staffing levels, and workforce planning to maintain business continuity.
- Monitor daily wave performance and communicate operational updates to leadership teams.
- Prepare and maintain operational dashboards and performance reporting to support business decisions.
Business Performance & Results
- Drive sales efficiencies and exceed targeted sales volume and profitability goals.
- Improve customer experience, operational effectiveness, closing performance, and cash down payment results.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve production.
- Ensure accurate tracking of sales performance, contract processing, EOD reporting, and commission-related items.
- Support the Director of Sales in leading the sales floor and resolving customer escalations or operational challenges.
Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational accuracy of contracts, closings, sales documentation, and reporting processes.
- Review and resolve exceptions, pending transactions, and owner care issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, sales regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational, technology, and customer-service issues.
- Conduct interviews and participate in talent acquisition and succession planning efforts.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of “branded” timeshare/vacation ownership Sales experience.
- 3+ years of “branded” timeshare/vacation ownership Sales Management experience.
- Consistent track record of success in Sales in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry. Successful VPGs, closing percentages from previous Sales positions.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints with an emphasis on organizational and process oriented experiences
- Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and business reporting systems.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- High energy level with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams.
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years related experience
- 4+ years leadership experience
- Experience analyzing operational metrics, forecasting staffing needs, and driving strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to create sustainable operational processes that improve customer and business outcomes.
