Blue Ridge Village is seeking a dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. In this role, you will help lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and resort common areas consistently meet our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
What You’ll Do?
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Inspect guestrooms and resort facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Support the training and development of housekeeping team members
- Assist with daily room assignments, inspections, and operational reports
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure team members have the tools and supplies needed to perform their duties
- Coordinate maintenance concerns with appropriate departments
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and exceptional guest service
- Assist with coaching, performance reviews, and employee development
Schedule Details:
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available to work various shifts based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

What We’re Looking For?
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous housekeeping leadership, lead, coordinator, inspector, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Hospitality, hotel, resort, or vacation ownership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or more.
