Sales Representatives benefit from uncapped commission, meaning their earning potential is unlimited. As their leader, your success grows alongside theirs. With an average sales cycle of less than 10 minutes, you’ll help drive impressive results and create satisfied vacationers every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 4 to 6 Sales Representatives.
- Monitor individual and team performance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and results-driven team culture.
- Support sales representatives in closing sales and overcoming objections.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
