As a VIP Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving team success by supporting the Manager, mentoring team members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maximizing sales performance.

What You’ll Do
- Support the VIP Sales Manager in daily operations, team performance, and achieving sales goals
- Educating guests and assisting in selling Vacation Introductory Packages
- Lead by example through high-quality guest interactions and sales presentations
- Coach and mentor VIP Sales Executives to improve performance and guest engagement
- Assist with completing Vacation Program agreements in accordance with guidelines
- Ensure all required presentations are delivered effectively and consistently
- Monitor guest feedback and survey toured guests to provide insights on Hilton VIP products and presentations
- Help track and maintain team metrics, standards, and individual performance goals
- Assist in resolving complex customer service issues with professionalism and urgency
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while supporting team success and operational changes
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred (1–3 years required)
- Previous leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license preferred
- Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred
