We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our on-site marketing teams to improve and increase bookings at our Palm Canton Resort. This position will support the team by providing ongoing trainings to create a positive team environment and managing the day-to-day operations. With a base salary of $70,000 + achievable bonuses, this position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Marketing management team with daily operations, including managing guest contacts, bookings, staff assignments, and scheduling.
- Support the team in achieving budget goals and regional/corporate objectives, ensuring timely delivery of targets.
- Coach and mentor marketing representatives and guest ambassadors, providing performance feedback and documentation.
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pool.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to provide coaching and performance reviews to team members, ensuring high standards are met.
- Cover shifts for absent team members, engaging with guests, booking tours, and selling packages.
- Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and hospitality to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
- Minimum 2 years of Marketing or Sales experience is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of people management experience in a Sales and Marketing environment is necessary.
- Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing software.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
